Shipping
We ship our products worldwide with DPD, GLS and DHL. All deliverys are ensured. Delivery times within Europe vary between 2 and 6 days, depending on your location. The taxes included in our prices do not have to be paid by customers from non-EU countries.

Payment
Inside the EU, as well as in the USA, Canada, Norway and Switzerland we accept "Mastercard-Secure" and "Verified by Visa" payment. In general we prefer in advance payment via bank transfer, wich is a very easy process nowadays, thanks to homebanking. Within Germany we can also send via cash on delivery.
Warranty
You should strictly sign for faultless deliverys only. Check the packing for dammage and have the deliverer sign also, in case you have to confirm eventual dammages. In any case you should inform us (preferably) via e-mail! All deliverys that leave our house are ensured, therefore, defects are vexing but not a tragedy. Due to our approved shippingdepartement, accidents like these are extremely unusual.
